Hi, I’m Bre, the proud owner of Let’s Talk and Move Therapy—and a passionate advocate for helping children and families thrive. I’m also a proud mama to two amazing little ones—my almost 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter—and we’re excitedly expecting baby #3 in June 2025! My own children inspire me daily and are the heart behind why I do what I do.
I earned both my Bachelor’s degree (2018) and Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (2021) from Wichita State University—Go Shockers! After graduation, I spent two impactful years working in public schools, where I gained invaluable experience supporting children’s communication skills across a variety of needs.
In April 2023, I completed the intensive in-person PROMPT training, enhancing my ability to treat motor speech disorders. Then in November 2023, I completed Myofunctional Therapy training, further expanding my knowledge of tongue ties, mouth breathing, and oral function—critical components that often impact speech and overall development. These advanced trainings allow me to provide more comprehensive, evidence-based care to my clients.
Following my heart, I opened Let’s Talk and Move Therapy to serve families in the Derby, KS area with a clinic that prioritizes individualized care, collaboration, and connection. I specialize in working with the pediatric population, and I love creating strong partnerships with parents to support their child’s growth, development, and success.
As a fellow parent, I understand firsthand how meaningful it is to have the right tools, guidance, and encouragement when supporting your child. I’m here to walk that journey with you.
Let’s work together to help your child communicate with confidence—I can’t wait to meet you!

Courtney Farmer, Office Assistant
Raised right here in Derby, Courtney brings a caring heart and a strong background in nursing and dementia care to her role as our Office Assistant. Her compassion, patience, and attention to detail help keep our clinic running smoothly while making families feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.
When she's not at the clinic, she spends most of her time loving (and occasionally loving to joke about) her son and stepson. As the oldest of five siblings and an aunt to nine nieces and nephews, family time is a big part of her life. In her free time, you'll find her watching movies, swimming, going for walks, relaxing in a hammock, or cheering on her son at football games.
She proudly describes herself as a "jack of many trades" - always willing to jump in and help wherever needed - and brings a great sense of humor and positivity to our team.
"If we all could see the world through the eyes of a child, we would see the magic in everything."
